Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or access has been granted. We do not offer refunds for digital products unless required by law.

2. Services

For custom design, development, or media services, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project:

  • Before work begins: Full refund available
  • Work in progress: Partial refund based on work completed
  • After delivery: No refund available

3. Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@hikalabs.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order details and reason for the refund request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

5. Exceptions

We may grant refunds at our discretion in cases of technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the product/service, or duplicate charges.

6. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
